If you simply don't like it: Change of mind, wrong fit, wrong vibe — whatever the reason, you can send the item back within 7 days of delivery and get a full refund. We won't ask you to justify it.

If it arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described: You get a full refund without any questions asked, and we'll cover the return shipping. Just email us photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method (card / UPI / wallet) — usually reflects in 5–7 working days.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are sent to your bank account via UPI/NEFT and can take up to 21 days (max 30 days) to process, since COD reconciliation goes through our courier partner first.
The item should be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached for standard "changed my mind" returns. This condition does not apply to damaged/defective items — those are refunded regardless of condition.

Cash on Delivery is available on every product on this site. Because fake/fraudulent COD orders cost genuine customers real money (and slow down dispatch for everyone), we ask for a small ₹50 booking payment at checkout to confirm a COD order.

This ₹50 is adjusted against your final bill — you only pay the remaining balance in cash when the order is delivered.
If you cancel before dispatch, the ₹50 is refunded in full.
If you're not satisfied on delivery or the item is damaged, the full order value — including the ₹50 — is refunded per our Refund Policy above.

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery across India typically takes 4–7 working days depending on your pin code. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

We collect only what's needed to process your order: name, phone number, delivery address, and (for online payments) payment confirmation from our payment gateway — we never see or store your full card details ourselves.

Your information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support — never sold to third parties.
Payment is processed by our payment gateway partner under their own PCI-DSS-compliant security standards.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@dgflare.com.

By placing an order on this site you agree that: prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes; stock and sizes shown are as accurate as we can keep them in real time, but on rare occasions an item may sell out between order and confirmation, in which case you'll be offered a swap or a full refund; and images represent the actual product colourway as closely as screen displays allow.
